Beginner Sessions
Beginner sessions start in April, the first Sunday of each month and finish in September. These sessions are open to anyone aged 11 or over. These sessions get booked up early so to avoid disappointment please book early.
Beginner sessions cost £5.00 per person, this includes hire of; kayak, paddle, helmet and buoyancy aid. However, you will need to wear suitable clothing such as a fleece or thermal clothing (but nothing that is made from cotton), trainers or wetsuit boots. Do not forget to bring a change of clothing.
If you have a 2 star certificate or above you can join the club without waiting for beginner sessions, alternatively if you feel you have the skills equivalent to 2 star then you can take a local assessment and join without waiting for beginners sessions.
Please pop down to the club in advance and pay £5.00 to secure your place.
The club is open every Sunday 9.30 for a 10am start and finishes at 12.30pm

At the end of each coaching session please ensure that you complete your skills card with your instructor.
